Tuesday evening

We have a range of track and field sessions at the Linford Christie Stadium. 

Sprinting- 6:30pm (Group 1); 7:00 pm (Group 2)

Middle Distance- 6:30 pm

Long Distance- 7:00 pm

Javelin, Horizontal jumps and high jump- 6:30 pm

Pole Vault- 5:30 pm

Meet outside Ethos for Run Club!

Thursday evening

Intervals with Aran at 6pm

Track and field sessions also available at the Linford Christie Stadium with the same timings as Tuesdays.

Friday 6pm

Yoga with Hannah at the Union gym

Parkrun at various locations throughout the city

Sunday 10am

We have our weekly breakfast run, various locations - free breakfast after you run!
